Returns
and Exchanges
NOTE:
All returns must be received by Tinman Merchandising L.L.C no later
than 14 days from the receipt of delivery. All Returns that are
received outside of the 14 day time period may be refused.
All returned packages
without defects will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will
be made if eligible. When requirements are met you will receive a store
credit or exchange.
Store
Credit:
A restocking fee of 10%
will be charged on all non-defective products.
Exchanges:
There is a $4.00 exchange
fee required for all exchanges, plus original shipping cost back to
you. Please make out money order to Tinman Merchandising L.L.C.
Returns will not be
accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization (RA)
number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive
without an RA number will be documented and returned to you.

lost or damaged in transit.
Please be sure to follow
these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your
return.
We gladly accept defective or damaged product within 14 days of
original delivery date. Tinman Merchandising
LLC shall refund you in full or ship a replacement product. We
will pay the shipping cost on defective merchandise only.

Check
Your Return:
ALL products being
returned must be 100% complete, and must be properly packaged to
protect against damage in transit.
All packing materials, wrappings, other accessories, and documentation
must be included or your return will not be processed.
In
the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged,
altered, or physically damaged, the Tinman Merchandising
L.L.C. return policy will not be honored.
All Items will be
inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited
to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the
customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will
be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
1.Products which are improperly packaged when returned to Tinman.
2. Products that are returned to Tinman Merchandising L.L.C in
a non- qualified shipping container.
3. Packages that do not have original packing slip with the Return
Authorization (RA)
number.
4. COD returns will not be
accepted.
In the event that the product you are returning does not have the
original contents shipped and packaged by Tinman Merchandising L.L.C.,
we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed
summary of our determination to deny the return.
The merchandise will then be returned to you.
Returning
a Defective or Damaged Product
Once you have chosen Pay
Pal, the checkout processes will lead you into your Pay Pal account.
Please follow through by logging in and completing the transaction.
Failure to do so will keep your order as incomplete.
